Rose, more commonly known as swamp milkweed (asclepias incarnata) seeds. Rose milkweed grows well in any medium to moist soil and does well in a garden. It is a host plant for monarch butterfly caterpillars and well as being one of the best nectar plants for other butterflies (especially loved by swallowtails) Rose milkweed needs a stratification period of at least 30 days so they either need to be planted in the fall/ winter, or you can put them in a moist paper towel in a sealed baggie in the fridge for 30+ days prior to planting. They can then be planted outside or even started indoors.
