A wonderful tree for silk moths. This is the host plant for several large silk moths including luna, cecropia, polyphemus, and io moths. A fairly fast growing tree for the silk moth enthusiast, Known for it's unique white bark. Grown from seed collected in Minnesota.

These are now dormant but ready to plant for next year.


All of our plants are grown in biodegradable fabric pots. The containers are around 4"x4 1/2" May be planted in the pot or removed .

This tree does not like warm temps so not suggested for people in warmer zones. Grown in biodegradable pot that can be planted or discarded. These are about 3-5" tall
